Rob O’Mahony was born deaf. His brother was also born deaf, even though the rest of their family could hear. Doctors never found out why. From a young age, Rob learned that challenges do not decide what someone can achieve.
In high school, Rob weighed only 120 pounds. He was one of the smallest kids at school and was often underestimated. Because of this, he did not feel confident about his body, and it affected how he felt about himself.
After high school, Rob went to college and earned a degree in Computer Information Systems Analysis. One day, he read a bodybuilding magazine and learned that people could change their bodies in just a few months. This inspired him to try working out.
Fitness quickly became more than exercise for Rob. It became part of his life. Training taught him how to take care of his body, work hard, and stay consistent. As he trained, his confidence grew, and he learned to believe in himself.
Rob later competed in six NPC Classic Physique competitions and won 10 medals. Today, he is a NASM-certified online personal trainer. He has helped over 200 people lose fat, build muscle, and feel more confident.

She took her conditioning to the next level prepping for two OCB Women’s Physique shows – and the results speak for themselves. We worked together twice, each for 8 weeks (16 weeks total).

My online client‘s fitness journey of discipline and commitment was eye opening and very humbling for him. For people to achieve a body like this, the hardest part is food. As the weeks progressed, I dropped his daily calorie intake in his diet each week. He was constantly hungry from his workouts and smaller portions. His body started to shred fat as he continued. Josh discovered that his true mental discipline for the mind is stronger, but also weaker if he gets undisciplined.
He weighed 195 on the first day of his 12-week program I designed for him then he ended the program at 177 lbs. Thank you for following everything I assigned you to crush your workouts and really dialing down on your nutrition.

For a while, Marc gained weight unhealthily as he kept postponing the start of his fitness lifestyle. He knew about me and my online personal training experience, but he decided to wait until he was ready to commit and take off. When we finally launched his transformation journey, he anticipated the challenges he would face along the way, such as holiday celebrations, being a hockey dad to two hockey players, and going out of town a couple of times. It all comes down to making the choice and sticking to his guns because he wants the desired results in the end.
One thing Marc was never taught was the nutritional side of his overall fitness regimen. He knew about it but not the finer details, such as macronutrients, using a food scale, portion sizes, and which foods to include in meal prep for the regimen – until he started working with me. He had an excellent attitude as he learned new things from his program, and more results followed.
Sure, there are distractions everywhere. That’s the hardest part when you have other responsibilities, as it makes Marc feel like he’s neglecting them. Being a hockey dad, driving all over the city for local games and out-of-town tournaments, is another challenge because the activity is time-consuming, yet he had to strategically make time to stay committed. He crushed his 8-week body transformation program I designed for him! Our team work and commitment helped him go to the next level in his fitness journey.
He stayed on track with his 6-day weight lifting routine the entire time to push for building lean muscle. Since he had high metabolism, I had him do a little of cardio at the beginning of his program then he did a bit more cardio as he was finishing his challenge.
Kris was eating five meals a day. I cut his daily calorie intake a bit the last two weeks of his program then I had him do refeed days for three final days.
Kris’ discipline was the biggest tool to help him achieve his goal.

“Frat Daddy” Bryce Cannon is a local professional wrestler from Georgia. He reached out to me wanting my help to get him leaner and stronger for his big wrestling matches.
Bryce is one of these clients who makes no excuses even though he travels often for his wrestling matches. He has to make sure he gets his meals with him while being on the road trip. He books the hotels that have the gym or there’s a gym nearby to get all of his workouts in. He showed me his commitment and discipline in making great things happen!
Every time he’s prepping for his important wrestling shows, I would put him on a calorie deficit for 2-3 weeks in which he ended up weighing 166-168 lbs. Then I would have him do a quick carb load for 2-3 days to fill up his muscles right before his wrestling shows.
